PROVEN RELIABILITY

No other pneumatically actuated diaphragm pump offers the proven reliability, quality and performance of the Series 1250 motor. The Series 1250 motor has set the standard for reliable, set it and forget it, stroke after stroke performance since it was introduced over 15 years ago.  With proven technology from our Series 1250 motor, a self-venting hydraulic chamber producing continuous and reproducible metering and seal less design, long term reliability of the critical components is assured. The Series K is designed to withstand harsh field conditions for many years with high accuracy, low failure rates, and no corrosion.

INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH CONSTRUCTION

The Series K uses all 316L SS materials on wetted components.  The chemical head comes standard with 316 SS (double diaphragm with failure detection and a heated pump head are also available). Optimum lubrication conditions are maintained for the plunger and piston with clean hydraulic oil.  The hydraulically actuated metal diaphragm hermetically seals the operating chamber from the environment and the drive. This pump is appropriate for any offshore or plant conditions.

The Series K pump is light weight & portable with a small footprint, ideal for any location. The hydraulically actuated 316 SS diaphragm significantly increases lifetime and provides superior reliability. With a seal less design, the Series K allows for leak free operation – ideal for mercaptan and hazardous chemicals.  The Series K also can be fitted with a double diaphragm with failure detection (optional) to ensure continuous operation even after failure is detected.  A heated pump head is also optional.  The Series K pump delivers performance, reliability and quality for all your high-pressure diaphragm metering needs.

CheckPoint has combined the reliability of the industry leading Series 1250 motor with a leak and diffusion proof diaphragm chemical head. Series K delivers superior reliability, increased lifetime and chemical performance.  Using a 316 SS diaphragm, hydraulically actuated with our 316 SS Series 1250 motor, the Series K meets NACE for sour gas, is ideal for mercaptan & hazardous chemicals and is light weight with a small footprint.  The Series K pump delivers over 2 USG/H (7.5 L/H) and can reliably pump at pressures up to 6,000 PSIG (414 BARG). For low flow applications, the Series K can easily achieve 0.042 USG/H (0.16 L/H).
