MODULAR DESIGN
No other plunger pump offers such flexibility across such a wide range of flow rates and pressures. That's because no other pump offers as many head and plunger diameter choices on a single drive. When you switch chemicals, move the pump to a different location, or boost line pressure, the CheckPoint FXA will be more likely to handle differing requirements with simple changes to the plunger and chemical head rather than switching out to a new pump. In fact, there are seven plunger diameters available: 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" and 1".
INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH CONSTRUCTION
The CheckPoint FXA uses all 316L SS materials on wetted components, and aircraft-grade aluminum hard anodized exterior housing to a hardness of at least HRC 51. The modular pump head design comes standard as 316L SS (HastelloyTM, Duplex, PVC, Titanium also available). The plunger material is HastelloyTM coated with our EverWearTM ceramic surface treatment for nearly infinite life. Wetted seals are offered in a full range of elastomers - such as Viton® Extreme, TeflonTM and FFKM which provide excellent chemical compatibility. The FXA chemical head employs our highly-evolved FailSafe poppet-style check valves, proven reliable over 15 years of challenging field duty around the world. This pump is appropriate for any offshore or plant conditions.

With proven chemical head technology from CheckPoint's Series 1500, 1250 and LPX pumps and the most efficient drive module available, long term reliability of the critical components is assured. The CheckPoint FXA is designed to withstand harsh field conditions for many years with high accuracy, low failure rates, and no corrosion. Just as CheckPoint's pneumatic products provided “order of magnitude” cost reductions in fields all over the world, their FXA pumps deliver those same benefits in electrical applications.
STANDARD “PLUG & PLAY” PACKAGES FOR SALE OR RENTAL
Compact standard packages are now available with all components needed to optimize the performance of the FXA, including gauges, pipework, valves, drip pan, PRV, regulator, etceteras. CheckPoint's field experience and design know-how is your assurance that every component in every package will work together to give you “plug & play” convenience. In-stock, for sale or rental.

CheckPoint Pumps & Systems has now developed a modular, scalable electric pump range with the most efficient drive mechanism available. The CheckPoint FXA delivers up to 19.79 USG/H (74.91 L/H) and can reliably pump at pressures up to 10,000 PSIG (689 BARG). For low flow applications, the FXA pump can easily achieve 0.052 USG/H (0.20 L/H). The single FXA drive mechanism accommodates several different motors and a full range of plunger diameters from 1/8" to 1.5" and ANY CheckPoint Series 1250, 1500, and LPX chemical head.
