Job Description: Field Technician
Our successful Projects Department is currently seeking to add a Field Tech team member who has strong technical knowledge in oil & gas Industry pump design and skid package production & practical application. The Field Tech will provide field support for Engineering & Production with site evaluation and skid installation, as well as calibrations, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting as required. Project experience following controlled drawings to produce custom skid package projects is preferred.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with strong customer service, communication and attention-to-detail skills, as well as a working knowledge of the oil and gas, chemical and/or industrial markets and a passion for excellence. Relevant education and 4-6 years experience is preferred. Strong information technology skills are preferred. Business travel is required.
Comprehensive training will begin at our headquarters in Louisiana. Our Project team interfaces with Engineering, Production, and Sales Divisions, who provide support that enhances and extends the team experience. Field Tech will provide support to customers based primarily in the South-Western Louisiana territory.
