Compensation

At CheckPoint we look at the total compensation package we offer our employees.  This includes a competitive annual salary commensurate with experience and/or education.  Depending on the position this could also include a commission structure, auto allowance, and/or bonus.  We also offer a generous benefits package.

Career Growth & Development

When you join the CheckPoint team you will undergo an extensive on-the-job training program to ensure that you know all the details of your job duties.  However, it is also important that you understand what we do, who our customers are and why quality is the corner stone of our company.  Therefore, you will receive this training as well.

Your supervisor or manger will constantly monitor your performance to determine any additional training that might be needed.  We encourage all employees to communicate their interests and training requests to their supervisors.  Once these needs have been assessed you will receive the appropriate training.

We are very fortunate to have many long-time employees who not only have vast knowledge of our company, its procedures and policies but possess general business acumen as well.   All employees are encouraged to freely share their knowledge and experience with their fellow employees so that we can all learn and grow together.
