Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
· Site Document Coordinator for ISO 9001-2008 QMS, working within the HR/Administration Department;
· QMS back up for Quality Management Rep;
· Coordinates ISO in-house document training;
· Coordinates new hire ISO orientation and training;
· Provides various administrative/clerical support to HR function, and additional departments when possible;
Qualified Applicants should have experience with:
· Working knowledge of QMS system (ISO 9001-2008 preferred), printers, servers, desktops, laptops, mobile and office communication equipment;
· Strong background in Microsoft, Windows, Outlook (etc.) technologies;
· Excellent communication & presentation skills;
· Ability to lift and shift heavy objects up to 50 pounds;
· Ability to follow written and oral instructions;
· Possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
